Description
Organic rice vinegar is known for its refreshing and balanced taste, giving life and excitement to every dish.
Unlike industrial vinegar with a sharp taste, it is made using a traditional method that is 1000 years old.
It is made on the southernmost Japanese island of Kyushu, known for its rice production. The natural fermentation process takes more than 6 months, inspired by old fermentation methods in earthen jars.
