General terms and conditions of purchase
The general terms and conditions of the seller's business laid down here are intended to ensure that the buyer is clearly and unambiguously aware of the conditions under which a sales contract can be concluded, the manner of concluding such a contract, all rights and obligations of the buyer when purchasing goods, as well as the notices that the seller is obliged to send to buyers before the conclusion of the contract.
Failure to comply with the rules defined here may cause the payment transaction to fail or the order to fail.
The regulation also specifies the consequences that the Seller and the Buyer bear in case of non-execution of a transaction or a failed order.
The seller reserves the right to change the terms of use depending on the change in the offer of its services and/or the applicable legal regulations.
The general conditions of the seller's business prescribed here are an integral part of the sales contract that will be concluded between the seller and the buyer.
Before each purchase, the buyer is obliged to familiarize himself with the notices that the seller has highlighted on his website, to check all the information related to the terms of business, as well as to respect the procedure for concluding the sales contract in everything. All orders made via internet sales are binding for both the Buyer and the Seller at the same time.

The goods that are sold through the website have the properties necessary for the regular use of that type of goods in accordance with its purpose. Conformity of the goods to the contract is determined EXCLUSIVELY according to the properties and purpose of the goods.
The selling price of the goods is indicated with each item, and the possibility of buying goods with special price benefits or with special sales incentives (promotional sales) is carried out in accordance with the conditions published on the purchase conditions page or via the blog page on the website in the case of current sales incentives;
We strive to be as precise as possible in the product description, image display and prices themselves, but we cannot guarantee that all information is complete and error-free. Images do not have to be 100% identical to the products. All items displayed on the site are part of our offer and do not imply that they are available at all times.

2. Procedure for ordering goods through the online shop
The buyer undertakes to follow the following procedure when ordering online:
- Acquaintance with the general conditions of the seller's business, notices about the seller's basic data, acquaintance with the right to unilateral termination of this contract and the text of the form to be filled in upon unilateral termination of the contract, acquaintance with all the rights and obligations of the buyer, all of which are clearly and unambiguously highlighted on the seller's website;
- Logging in to the portal
- Selection of the model and quantity of goods by inserting them into the user's basket
- Checking/entering data for delivery (in case of delivery to another address)
- Choice of payment method
- Payment by bank card in case of choosing such payment method
- Checking the return message from the Seller - confirmation of the order and acting in accordance with the content of the message. One person can order multiple products in one transaction.
When the buyer completes all the above steps, he is considered to have sent the seller a purchase order.
The seller is obliged to confirm the order to the customer within 2 working days from the moment of receipt of the order or to inform the customer within the same period that he is unable to deliver the ordered goods.
The seller will make sure to check the availability of the ordered item as soon as possible. If all conditions for the purchase are met, the seller will send the order confirmation to the e-mail address or contact phone indicated by the buyer during registration/order, thereby accepting the offer to conclude the contract.
The contract is considered concluded only when the seller sends an e-mail or contacts the buyer by phone and informs him about the delivery date of the ordered item.
If the seller is unable to provide the ordered article, he will send an e-mail or inform the customer by phone that the ordered article is no longer available and that the order has been cancelled. In that case, the contract will not be concluded.
Product prices are clearly displayed on the seller's website. All prices are shown with VAT included. The seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, as well as the right to add or withdraw any item from the offer, at any time.
3. Order confirmation
After ordering, you will be notified of receipt of your order via the email you provided during the ordering process. If all ordered products are in stock at that moment, the order will be sent on the same day in case of order creation before 12:00 on that day, or the next day in case of order creation after 12:00. If one of the listed products is not in stock at that moment, but is expected to be available again soon, there may be a delay in shipping of several days. The customer will be notified of the delay and will be given the option of canceling the order or sending the package without the out-of-stock products.
Payment
Payment is made in the following ways according to the customer's choice:
- In cash - Simultaneously with the delivery of the goods to the customer;
- By payment card via our website - You can make the payment online via Visa, Mastercard or Maestro cards;
- By cash or payment card when picking up the product in person at the seller's address.
When the payment of the goods is made by cash on delivery, the buyer is obliged to pay the ordered goods to the seller simultaneously with the delivery of the ordered goods.
1. Method of debiting the account
When paying for goods by payment card, simultaneously with sending the order to the customer, the total price of the ordered goods will be reserved on the customer's bank account and the same will be charged by the customer, only after the seller confirms the order to the customer, as described in more detail in the section Payment by cards.
After the seller confirms the purchase order to the buyer, the funds thus reserved in the buyer's current account will be transferred to the seller's current account. When the payment of the goods is made by cash on delivery, the buyer is obliged to pay the ordered goods to the seller simultaneously with the delivery of the ordered goods.
2. Payment by card
Payment for products on our online store can be made in one of the following ways: with payment cards - VISA, Maestro, MasterCard, AMEX or DinaCard that support payment via the Internet. Payment by card is realized in cooperation with AllSecure doo and Banca Intesa and is done in a safe and certified way through the AllSecure Paymet Gateway, by simply entering data from the payment card.
After entering the card data and confirming the payment, the bank authorizes the transaction and thus the order is approved and enters the further process of preparation for delivery. The amount will be reserved on your card (account) and will not be available for any other purpose.
The transaction will be completed and the amount deducted from your account only when the products are prepared for transport and handed over to the courier service. In case the payment is not completed, that is, the amount is not removed from the account within 14 days from the acceptance of your order, the order will be canceled and deleted. After the expiration of the 14-day period, the funds reserved in your account are released and will be available to you again. After that, you can repeat the same or make a new order, and make a payment related to them.
Check with the bank that issued the card whether your card supports payment via the Internet.
3. Conversion Statement
All payments will be effected in Serbian currency - dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia - dinar (RSD). For informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion to the same at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our website.
4. Data protection during payment
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol, using the most modern methods of tokenization of sensitive data, and in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. Payment card information is never available to the merchant.
3D Secure protection for all merchants and customers - AllSecure Payment Gateway uses the highest global data protection and privacy standards. All merchants using the AllSecure Payment Gateway are automatically included in 3D-Secure protection, thus guaranteeing the security of purchases to customers. Customers' payment card numbers are not stored on the merchant's system, and the registration itself is protected by SSL data encryption.
PCI DSS Standards - AllSecure Payment Gateway constantly complies with all requirements of card organizations in order to increase the security level of merchants and customers. From 2005 to today, without interruption, the system has been certified as PCI-DSS Level 1, which represents the highest standard in the industry. PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) is a norm that defines the necessary security measures for processing, storing and transmitting sensitive card data. PCI Standards protect sensitive data about the cardholder during the entire payment process: from the moment of data entry at the merchant's point of sale, during communications between the merchant and relevant banks and card organizations, as well as later storage of that data.

We collect only necessary, basic data about customers/users and data necessary for business operations and informing users in accordance with good business practices and with the aim of providing quality service. We give customers choices including the ability to decide whether or not they want to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns.
All user/customer data is strictly stored and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work. Complaints policy
1. Complaints procedure
Complaints are sent to the email [email protected] and forwarded to the complaints service along with the customer's name, surname and phone number. By entering the order, the complaints officer gets acquainted with all the necessary data related to the order for which the complaint has been received.
After that, he calls the customer and informs the customer about the essence of the complaint in a polite and professional manner. If the complaint is unfounded (and it can be unfounded due to the factual situation or due to the past deadline, which is often too long), the employee explains to the customer the reasons for the unfoundedness of the complaint in chosen words and in a professional and polite manner.
If the complaint is founded, the employee, again in a polite and professional manner, resolves the complaint in a way that will satisfy the customer.
If the damage occurred upon receipt by the customer, an analysis of the reasons for the damage is performed and the complaint is rejected or a new product is sent.
If the complete order has not been sent and it has been charged, in agreement with the customer, the rest of the order will be sent at Healthy Jungle's expense or the money will be refunded to the customer's account.
If the complaint is accepted, the clerk types in a new order with all the basic data and a description (in the comments area) of the actions taken to resolve the customer's complaint.
Products sold through our online store are accompanied by all legally necessary documentation, including manufacturer's warranty cards. If there is a need to advertise a specific article for quality, we will fulfill all legally defined obligations for the seller, in the same way as if you bought the goods in a traditional store.
Goods covered by the manufacturer's warranty are sold with the manufacturer's warranty extended to the Buyer. The complaint procedure is initiated at the customer's request, by filling out the Request for complaint on product quality.
2. Return of goods
Refunds of funds paid for the order are made for precisely determined reasons, namely:
- If the customer is incorrectly informed about the prices of the products.
- If we sent an unordered product by mistake, and the customer does not agree to wait for a replacement.
- If the customer was charged a higher amount than the value of the order itself.
3. Refund
In case of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer has the right to a refund or exchange for another product. The amount is returned to the customer upon receipt of the product, and after it is determined that the product is returned undamaged and correct.
For all orders paid in cash upon delivery, it is necessary for the customer to send back the package that is the subject of the complaint through the Post Express service with the original purchase value of the products that were sent by mistake.
In the case of a refund to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the refund, the refund is made exclusively through the same VISA, Maestro, MasterCard, AMEX or DinaCard card that was used for payment. This means that our bank will refund the funds to the cardholder's account at our request.
4. The right to cancel the purchase
The law for the case of distance sales establishes the right of the buyer, who is considered a consumer (a natural person who buys the product to satisfy his individual needs, and not to perform professional activities), to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day the product was handed over to him.
When canceling, the customer may or may not state the reasons for canceling. Form/Declaration of withdrawal from the contract produces a legal effect from the day it is sent to the merchant. In case of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer has the right to a refund or exchange for another product. The price is returned to the customer upon receipt of the product, and after it is determined that the product is undamaged and correct.
The buyer is obliged to return the product without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day he sent the cancellation form. After the expiration of 14 days from the day he sent the cancellation, the product can no longer be returned. When returning goods, it is mandatory to return them in a correct and unused condition and in the original, undamaged packaging, and the original fiscal receipt must be attached. Upon receipt of the product, it will be determined whether the product is correct and undamaged. The customer is responsible for malfunctioning or damage to the product that is the result of inadequate handling of the product, i.e. the buyer is solely responsible for the reduced value of the product that occurs as a result of handling the goods in a way that is not adequate, that is, exceeds what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality. If it is determined that the product is defective or damaged due to the buyer's fault, the price refund will be refused and the product will be returned to him at his expense. The trader is obliged to return to the consumer the amount paid by the consumer under the contract without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal, and after receipt of the product.
5. Costs of returning goods and money
The costs of returning goods and money are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the buyer receives a defective or wrong item.
Delivery
After confirmation of the order, Healthy Jungle will send you the ordered products via the selected courier service.
Delivery costs are added to the price of the product and are shown with the price of the product and during the ordering process on the website.
The standard delivery time is 2-5 working days to the customer's address. Orders created on Friday after 12:00, Saturday and Sunday will not be shipped until Monday.
In case of delivery delay longer than 5 working days, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase, and in that case all money will be returned if the order was paid by card.
The cost of postage depends on the weight of your package. Healthy Jungle has a signed contract with courier services Post Express and City Express. The price of sending the package is displayed on the Payment page as part of the total price.
The goods are physically secured, protected from careless and rough handling by the delivery person. The product packaging contains all relevant information about the goods.
In case of exchange of goods, the cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
1. Delivery procedure
On the day of shipment, the customer will be notified of the shipment's arrival via SMS. It is necessary that there is a person at the address during the agreed period who can collect the shipment. The courier tries to deliver each shipment twice.
If the courier does not find you at the address, he will call you on the phone number you left when creating the order. For all packages sent via the Post Express service, it is possible to redirect them to a parcel machine or pick them up at the nearest post office. For packages sent via the City Express service, it is possible to redirect the package to a parcel machine or package shop. You can find more information about the locations of parcel machines on the websites of these companies.
When picking up the shipment, it is necessary to visually inspect the package to make sure there are no accidentally visible damages. If you notice that the transport box is significantly damaged and you suspect that the product may be damaged, you have the right to refuse the shipment and notify us immediately by email [email protected]. If the shipment looks undamaged, feel free to pick up the shipment and sign the courier's address book.
2. Restrictions that may affect the delivery of goods
The delivery of goods within the stipulated period may be affected by possible errors in the work of the courier service, as well as the lack of certain goods in stock. In that case, the customer will be informed about the problem in a timely manner by our team. For smaller places in Serbia, delivery via the Post Express service is made only once a week, so accordingly, the delivery can be delivered later than the stated deadline of 2-5 working days.
