Description
It helps in the treatment of flu conditions, colds and viruses, infections of the respiratory organs, bone pain and muscle pain, exhaustion, loss of concentration and stress.
Composition:
Lemon juice, mint (menthol), lemon balm, ginger, cinnamon (Ceylon), nutmeg, cloves, black pepper, allspice (Jamaican pepper), crystallized sugar, distilled water.
Preparation:
Put 2-3 cubes in a cup of hot water. Mix well. Add lemon if needed.
Not recommended for children under 6 years of age. People with high blood pressure should avoid excessive use - up to 2 cups per day.
