Composition:
Ginger, cinnamon, cloves, allspice (Jamaican pepper), black pepper, nutmeg, crystallized sugar, distilled water.
Preparation:
Put 2-3 cubes in a cup of hot water. Mix well. Add lemon if needed.
Not recommended for children under 6 years of age. People with high blood pressure should avoid excessive use - up to 2 cups per day.
