Gluten-free pizza dough made from rice flour
Ingredients:
- 350 g of gluten-free rice flour
- 7 g dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 250 ml of warm water
Instructions for preparation:
- In a small bowl, mix 1/2 teaspoon of sugar with dry yeast and half a cup of warm water. Let it stand for 5 minutes, until the yeast activates.
- Pour rice flour into a large bowl, add activated yeast and oil. Slowly add the remaining warm water until you start kneading.
- Knead the dough for 7-8 minutes, until all the ingredients are combined and the dough becomes smooth.
- Cover the dough with foil and let it rest for one hour at room temperature.
- After resting, stretch the dough, transfer it to a greased baking sheet and add the ingredients of your choice.
- Bake in a preheated oven until the dough is golden and crispy.
Your homemade pizza with this dough will be just as delicious as traditional ones, with the added benefit of being gluten-free.
