Preparation method:
Wash a cup of amaranth well, cover with 3 cups of water, add a pinch of salt and let it boil, then cook slowly for 35 minutes on low heat.
Add vegetables or fruit as a side dish.
Amaranth pudding with chocolate
Ingredients:
100g amaranth
200ml water
50g chocolate
2 teaspoons of honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon coconut oil
100g jam of your choice
1 kiwi or other fruit
20g of roasted hazelnuts for decoration
Preparation:
When the water boils, add amaranth and cook on moderate heat for 30 minutes.
Add chocolate or cocoa powder and cook for a few more minutes, leave covered for 10 minutes.
Add sweetener and coconut oil.
Pour jam into glasses, cover with pudding and decorate with pieces of kiwi or other fruit and hazelnut.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
