A low-calorie recipe for Shirataki spaghetti with cherry tomatoes

Preparation time: 5-10 minutes
Ingredients:
- NUTRIFIT Shirataki Spaghetti - 200g (10 kcal)
- Extra virgin olive oil - 1 tablespoon (119 kcal)
- Garlic – 1 clove (5 kcal)
- Cherry tomatoes - 100g (25 kcal)
- Basil - 5-6 fresh leaves or half a teaspoon of dried
- Salt, pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Mash the garlic and sauté it in olive oil.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half lengthwise, add to the oil, then add the drained and washed NUTRIFIT spaghetti.
- Mix everything together on fire for 2-3 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add fresh basil only when serving. If you don't have fresh basil, add dried while cooking the sauce.
Note: If you are not fasting, you can add 50g of baby mozzarella (+125 kcal) for a richer and creamier taste.
