Ingredients:

  • NUTRIFIT fettuccine - 200g (10 kcal)
  • Extra virgin olive oil - 1 tablespoon (119 kcal)
  • Garlic – 1 clove (5 kcal)
  • Broccoli – 100g (34 kcal)
  • Chicken fillet - 100g (165 kcal)
  • Butter – 20g (144 kcal)
  • Parmesan – 20g (86 kcal)
  • Cooking cream 15% fat - 100ml (167 kcal)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Broccoli: Blanch the broccoli in salted water for 2-3 minutes, drain and set aside.
  2. Chicken: Cut the chicken fillet into strips. Fry the chicken in olive oil over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes, until golden brown. Set aside with the broccoli.
  3. Sauce: In the same pan where you cooked the chicken, melt the butter, sauté the chopped garlic for 30 seconds, then add the cooking cream and parmesan cheese. Stir to combine the ingredients.
