Preparation method:
Soak the beans for several hours. Add 5 cups of water to a cup of beans and cook for one hour. If necessary, add cold water after cooking until the beans are soft. Combine with seaweed for minerals. At the end, add salt or tamari sauce.
Organic Azuki Beans with Shiitake Mushrooms:
200g of azuki beans, 50g of shiitake mushrooms, half a liter of water, one onion, a little sesame oil, tamari sauce, salt, parsley
Soak azuki beans for 8 hours for easy cooking. Boil the beans in water, constantly adding cold water as needed, until the beans are soft. Fry onions and shiitake mushrooms in a little oil, add cooked beans, salt and add tamari sauce. Cook for another 10 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
