- Sending a package: Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Orders created after 12:00 are shipped the next day.
- Delivery time: Standard delivery time is 2-5 working days. In the case of an increased number of packages in a certain period of the year, it happens that deliveries are delayed in relation to the specified time. In that case, please contact us so that we can get in touch with the courier service.
- Price: Delivery of packages up to 5 kg is charged 290 din, while delivery for packages of 5-10 kg is 390 din. This amount is included in the price.
- Free shipping: Delivery is free for all orders over 6000 din!
Post Express Delivery
- Coverage: Delivery throughout Serbia.
- Sending a package: Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Orders created after 12:00 are shipped the next day.
- Delivery time: Standard delivery time, 2-5 working days, according to the conditions of the Post Express courier service. In the case of an increased volume of packages, deviations may occur.
- Price: Post Express delivery is available for all orders and is charged in accordance with Post Express price list. The price of Post Express delivery is included in the final price you see on the website and is determined based on the weight of the package.
- Free shipping: Free delivery is available for orders over 10,000 din.

The price of delivery via the Post Express service is defined by the price list of the Post Express service, while the price of delivery via the City Express service is 290 din up to 5 kg and 390 din from 5-10 kg.

When can I expect a shipment sent via Post Express or City Express?

What should I do if the ordered item is damaged?
If there is damage during transport, the delivery service is responsible for the damage and you need to refuse to pick up the package during delivery with the explanation that there is damage to the package. The package will then be returned to us and we can take further steps to resolve this situation. If you accept a damaged package, we are unable to prove to the courier service that the damage occurred during transport, and therefore we cannot issue a refund.
Is it possible to return goods?
Refunds are only possible in special cases defined in the Terms of Purchase. Returns are possible if the wrong item was sent or if an expired item was sent by mistake. You can report any error to us with an accompanying photo and we will do our best to solve the query as soon as possible.
