In order to prevent potential delays in sending orders, we cooperate with several courier services. We send packages every day after 12:00, so all orders we receive up to that moment are sent on the same day.

After the courier picks up the shipment, it is entered into the system the next day and transported to the warehouse, so the realistic delivery time is 2-5 working days. The delivery time depends primarily on the amount of packages that are in charge of delivery in that period, so November and December are often the months when deliveries are delayed.

  • Coverage: Delivery throughout Serbia.
  • Sending a package: Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Orders created after 12:00 are shipped the next day.
  • Delivery time: Standard delivery time is 2-5 working days. In the case of an increased number of packages in a certain period of the year, it happens that deliveries are delayed in relation to the specified time. In that case, please contact us so that we can get in touch with the courier service.
  • Price: The delivery price is fixed and amounts to 390 dinars, regardless of the weight of the package. This amount is included in the price.
  • Free shipping: Delivery is free for all orders over 6000 din!

What should I do if the ordered item is damaged?

If damage occurred during transport, the delivery service is responsible for the damage and you must refuse to pick up the package during delivery with the explanation that there is damage to the package.

The package will then be returned to us and we can take further steps to resolve this situation.

If you accept a damaged package, we are unable to prove to the courier service that the damage occurred during transport, and therefore we cannot issue a refund.

Is it possible to return goods?

The return of goods is possible only in special cases defined in the framework Terms of purchase.

Refunds are made immediately if an item is missing or if an expired item has been sent by mistake.

You can report any error to us with an accompanying photo and we will do our best to solve the problem as soon as possible.
